Normally I do not write trend reports. That is because I am too slow to notice a trend and when I do identify one it's too late. I usually read old fashion magazines that I buy in bulk from eBay before I use them for my journals but I bought Russh to catch up on collections and everyone is talking about denim. It's kind of weird- like seeing everyone get excited and worked up over sliced bread all over again and questioning whether you're part of some big cult. But denim is everywhere including entire outfits on runways and in a variety of different colors. It's strange to think there's a rainbow of denim but we're seeing everything from near-bleached to deep indigo blue. When I looked at all the denim I had laid out on my bed I became aware of the tiny hills and landscapes made from the material. I wanted to share these with you as the background to all the other professional runway stuff.

  1. Its been around since forever but never gets old! So many colors and forms it can come in. I need a denim pantsuit or overalls before I die. Great post! :-D ♥

  2. I really love denim too! Shorts, pants, its able to transfer into all different things.

  3. So, I need to top middle jumper because then I can wear it with my boyfriend and feel really smug.
